Honeycomb panels paper
Paper board for honeycomb / panels / joists / Interlocking partitions
This is an environmental friendly alternative to wood for sandwich panels for furniture, interior doors and exhibition stands. The honeycomb panel is produced with our water resistant paper, and will take an hexagonal shape. This shape allows the panel to have a light but really strong core, as well as our paper helps to obtain this final result, a structure highly compressive resistant.

- grammage: from 120 to 240 g/m2

- paper moisture between 5 and 7%, on demand

- Main mechanical properties for the final use:
- Compressive strength ((CMT, RCT, SCT CD…)
- burst strength: strength of a paper sheet when subjected to a force perpendicular to the surface.
- sizing (Cobb): absorbance level
- reels width range between 190 and 230 cm. To meet all customers’ needs, narrower combined reels can be requested.
- internal core and external diameter to be agreed before the purchase
- stretch film , pallets, neutral adhesive tape to be requested before the purchase
- vertical or horizontal loading on demand
