Attention to energy saving and to the protection of the environment with less emissions and less noise impact were the reasons that led to the choice of this solution. A new energy world, decentralized, sustainable and interconnected. Machines more efficient and with lower emissions, lends itself to a more advanced business model: the ESCo model.
We can concentrate on the company’s core business thanks to a supply contract for the new cogeneration plant in the form of an energy service. A ten-year service contract which provides for the supply by E.ON (EON Connecting Energies Italy) of the electrical and thermal energy needed to supply the paper mill. We aim to be a reference model in the production of quality paper, respecting the territory and the needs of customers, suppliers and collaborators.
For over fifty years we have been producing packaging paper, gray cardboards for tubes and cones, high strength boards, cartons and interlayers in sheets for food and beverage, laminated boards, made exclusively
with about 70,000 tons of recycled paper a year. We are convinced of the strategic value of a contract of this type, which allows investment to concentrate on the production of paper and cardboard, instead entrusting highly efficient energy production to specialist operators.
